Welcome to Our Third Grade Blog!

Welcome to our class blog, future bloggers! I am excited to use this blog as part of your weekly homework assignment to help you get used to blogging, as well as responding to questions I ask you regarding what we are learning. For our first week of blogging, we must simply practice how to make a comment. I will ask you to answer a few questions about yourself to help the class and myself get to know you even more. I will also tell you a little bit about myself so you can learn more about me too!

All About Mrs. Christensen!
As many of you already know, I got married in November to my wonderful husband Pat. You probably remember me as Miss James from Science, but now I am Mrs. Christensen. I answered the same questions I want you to answer about yourself below, so you can learn even more about me!

1/2. When I was your age, my nicknames were "Wiffer" and "Bear, Bear". My dad gave me the nickname "Bear, Bear" because I would always walk around with my teddy bear and wouldn't go anywhere without it! My brothers and sisters nicknamed me "Wiffer" because they thought it was funny and sort of rhymed with my first name "Tiffany/Tiff". Although I am happy to share my nicknames with you, please remember to only call me Mrs. Christensen. :)

3. My favorite meal would have to be either homemade pizza with a salad or sweet and sour chicken with rice, or even a taco salad. It is hard to pick just one favorite! :)

4. I have a Puggle (pug and beagle mix) puppy named Stella. My husband surprised me with her on Christmas last year. She still has a lot to learn, but she is so much fun! I posted her picture on here so you can see what she looks like! She is only 18 pounds, but she sure seems bigger when she is running around getting into things. :)

5. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you this year even more, seeing how you learn, and how I can help you learn. I am also excited to have fun, learn a lot, and make some great memories!
